Mine did not work

These are cool little radios. but the one i received must be defective. I charged the battery since it was DOA. When I turned it on, the display was scrambled, as in the image I've added here. I did a reset and the display went back to what seemed normal, but only for a few seconds, then it started sloshing from side to side and then messing up again. After resetting it several times with the same result, I decided to return it. DON'T BE AFRAID, TRY THEM, THEY ARE VERY GREAT RADIO DEVICES WHEN WORKING CORRECTLY.
