Impractical for leg positioning pillow

I have a small pillow that I use every night to put my right or left foot on depending on which side I sleep on. I tried this pillow and it didn't work for me. It's too high and too narrow and I find this alley uncomfortable. I sleep on both sides and also on my back, so I'm constantly changing, and this pillow prevents me from making those movements comfortably. In order to easily change position, the pillow must be small enough and have a slippery cover. This pillow is made of non-slip fabric, so when I want to change position, the pillow sticks to the bedding. Apparently the manufacturer assumed that the slippers would not move and not change sides?

Pros
  • Ergonomic design with natural grooves: The curved design of the wedge knee pillow conforms better to the legs and provides an ideal sleeping position with aligned spine, hips and legs. Using knee pillows to sleep has been shown to help relieve sciatica, improve circulation for side sleepers, reduce back pain and varicose veins, and relieve stress during pregnancy.
Cons
  • Mostly ok, but...
