I have been using the Lumina series for many years and decided to upgrade this year. This light has replaced the Lumina 700. Next to that, the 700 looks brighter because the beam looks more like a spotlight. The new lenses distribute the beam much better and that was evident from the first night I used them. I use this light on my mid-mode handlebars and a Micro 850 (also upgraded from an older model) on my helmet. This setup is very convenient and lightweight while still providing plenty of light. The newer models also load much faster, which is very valuable. I am very happy with this lamp!
