This basket was designed to hold our baby's desk books. Interestingly, the basket fell apart because of the number of books and not the baby himself. The assembly of this basket wasn't what I expected. The trellis is a piece of fabric that is woven entirely and not sewn around the basket. This could only be fixed by sewing the pieces together. Had I known this before buying, I might have considered buying a cheaper basket, or at least been a little more prepared for this renovation project. It was a beautiful basket and for the higher price I expected better quality. . General tip: A good basket for yarn, knitting or other useful items, but beware: many books don't do well.
