I bought this for my cat. She is chronically ill, often nauseous, and occasionally pees on my blankets. I'm going on a trip and want to make sure the bed is safe. The case looks thin and fragile, but I only need it for a week. I was able to get it myself in full size. The instructions say to use two people, but there is no room for two people. I put it on without damaging it, it's soft. Kitty likes that and instead of lying on her pillow, she lies down on the duvet that's on the bed. I prefer to have her on a pillow to keep her hair out of my comforters and bed. The topper doesn't bother me. It must be washable. Just take a look. It has to be washed when I come back. He stays so far away from me that I kick in my sleep. It didn't break or break. Despite the kitten's sharp fingers, I haven't seen any visible holes yet.
