Now with so much violence, we wanted something to carry around on a keychain, not too heavy, but with a loud beep. We were surprised at how affordable this mini alarm was and how small it was. Although it is small, the alarm sound is very loud. The alarm clock is very easy to turn on and off (with one click) and is about as long as my index finger. What my kids loved was the mini light attached to it. We turned off the light in our bedroom to see how strong the light was and were pleasantly surprised at how bright it was. We said we could use it when we went camping instead of lugging around huge heavy lanterns. I love the hook it comes with and you can easily clip the MaxxmAlarm to your child's lanyard when they go camping or out for the night to keep them feeling safe. All in all, at less than $15, this mini alarm clock with light is a steal!
