I bought this chair in December and have been using it for a few months now. I sit 8 hours a day, it's part of my job, so I used the chair like that the whole time. Here's what I think about it. Pros: - Build quality is decent and feels solid. I weigh about 250 pounds and it doesn't feel loose or like some of the other chairs that can sometimes be for a larger man. - I had a little problem with the roller. Quick email and the replacement parts were sent immediately. The support was very responsive. Cons: - The chair just doesn't fit my body properly or provide good support in my shoulders, arms and neck. - The base and back of the chair are curved, which allows it to look like a seat. it is a little tight and difficult to sit on for a long time. - In the lowest position my feet just touch the ground which is fine for me but for those under 6ft I find the chair too high. - Neck support cannot be adjusted forward enough to support the neck/head in a normal sitting position. Oddly enough, it also can't be lifted up the back of the seat high enough to carry a man my size. This makes it unsuitable for the taller people that this chair seems intended for. The armrests are bolted to the back of the seat, so when you recline, the armrests tilt up. The armrests also recline 45 degrees rather than straight up and down, making it difficult to find a comfortable position. The "premium leather" described in the marketing material is actually a rubberized material, not leather at all. article but I am a little disappointed with my purchase. I would caution anyone against buying if you sit a lot and are concerned about the right fit. This chair has a lot of customizations, but they feel half-baked and not particularly useful, at least in my case.
