Missing back plate for van parts and accessories

The picture shows the back plate. However, there was no backboard in the package I received. It's so disappointing. Now I have to find the right part that says on the box that I received. But at least she came. In the meantime I was looking for a backplate. They want another $17 for the back which is a bad joke. Manufacturing costs are probably not even $2 for a stamped piece of metal, galvanized. Feeling fooled!
