I like it. It has a button closure so my little son can wear it and it won't fall off. It's well made and just looks fun. I will order more for my use. I got something like this back in the army and it didn't last long, it was flimsy and didn't have a button to fasten it. I am satisfied with this neck cooler and my purchase and recommend it to others. Also, I had to contact the seller because the USPS didn't deliver it on a rainy day. Koolgator is very responsive and offers to send another immediately within an hour. I mean it wasn't their fault and they got in touch without hesitation. I couldn't be happier with this product and the customer service from the company.
