This neck wrap might work in Riyadh or Denver but not in Houston. Even if you use cold water, the wrap only stays cool for about 10 minutes outside on 30-degree Houston evenings. I've had the best results wrapping ice cubes in a bandana and tying it around my neck. And what does "do not overwet" mean in the instructions? This thing never dries out, which makes me think I'm running with a bacteria farm around my neck.

My better half loves them and so do I! They are a great relief after a long, hot day. We bought a few and she gives them to some of her customers who complain about hot flashes. They want more! This "cooling neck bandage" is already in the trash! The ONLY reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I should have read all the details before ordering this.
