We returned the boots because of our dog, not the booties. We have a rescued 3 year old girl who has many characteristics: she most closely resembles a Jack Russell Terrier but is smaller and has very little hair. Her skin is visible through long, fluffy strands of hair. Her feet and pads matched the sizing chart and I followed that very closely after reading the description. Her weight is about 15 pounds. However, their legs are almost transparent, they are so narrow - like a greyhound. No way will the boots be tight enough to stop. It gets very cold in Colorado in the winter, so we were sad to bring them back.
