The best thing about this tool was its user-friendliness, which made it easy for me as an entry level professional in IT field; however I dislike how slow sometimes when updating data from other tools like Netflow or IPFIX format files can be used instead (if available). You need good experience working knowledge if you want make use out these kind'sof softwares because they are very technical oriented software so please go through tutorials before using them first time around!
