The best thing about this software its integration with other tools like Salesforce or Zapier which makes it very easy to use its functionality in different ways. Nothing at all i dislike so far but sometimes there can be some issues when using the interface of the tool. I would recommend that if they have any issue regarding their product then contact them via email as i am sure most companies will help solve your problems easily once contacted by email. This software helps me track my client's activities related to sales process through many channels including phone calls, emails etc. It also allows us to access those information right from our dashboard which was helpful especially during meetings.
