Review on 🔩 Nickson 17350 Clamp-A-Stud 1/4-inch to 1-3/4-inch by Robert Lee

Yes, it's really just the glorified screw clamp. However, it does have a few nifty little features that help it adapt to a range of unconventional situations. The kit includes some additional parts that can help position the clip depending on whether the broken bolt is recessed or partially open. I ended up using 2 of these with one distributor bolt remaining. Works like a charm and others have reported great long term results. I also love that they are designed, forged and made in the USA! Not so expensive when you start scheduling the shop to drill through the broken studs or try to pull out the manifold and break the studs on the cylinder head.
