Cables were excellent, good quality and met my needs. However, I ordered a 3ft package and received 1 2ft cable. I contacted Amazon, explained the problem and received 1 more 2ft cable. They were a bit short but I was able to get them to work. When I contacted Revain again to try and get the third cable I paid for, I was told to return everything and try to buy what I need from another seller. The low rating is not related to the quality of the product, but to the faulty execution of the order and poor handling of the situation.
