I have had eczema on my hands for many years. they heal. First, applying this lotion multiple times a day left the skin on my palms looking caked as it tried to heal, with pink underneath. Now they heal! I still have to avoid harsh soaps, anything with alcohol etc of course, but this seems to be a miracle cream. I have tried other lotions, vitamin E oil, homeopathy (which has worked for me in other cases such as cold soothing) and put petroleum jelly in a pair of knitted gloves at night (which helps). I almost didn't try this cream because it contains cetearyl alcohol, but I read the reviews and followed my hunch. I'm so surprised to see new pink skin where eczema was!
