It's very hard. on Interior Accessories
It seems well made and durable but for my lower back issues as someone else mentioned it's too firm. I thought it was worth the money to try but it didn't work for me. I was hoping for a little more gel. The seat panel is about an inch and a half thick and shrinks to about 3/4 inch when seated. I wish it had a soft hump in the back that I could lean on more and fill in the sharp corner of my awful car bucket seat. Spring. All different. I can't say if that works for you. It just didn't suit my needs.
