I professionally color my hair every 6 weeks to keep it platinum. Because of this, my hair tends to be very dry and "crunchy". This product is AMAZING! I use it once a week as a deep conditioner and daily as a leave-in conditioner (a pea-sized amount). As an added bonus, it smells really good too.
