Actually we bought 5 of them. At first they worked well, so we bought extra ones for the kids, cars, and jobs. They appear to be durable and versatile, and only serve to carry a cord. However, they only work well for the first 3-4 months. A part of the adapter will come off when you use it for different charging purposes, and eventually you need to seal it to keep it from falling apart when you use your iPhone with a portable battery. One is worn and the other is broken near the joint. The other pictured looks perfect; It sat in a drawer at work, hardly ever used, and now it's faulty and sucking the load. The rest just stopped loading and were thrown away.
