Lack of simplicity and customer support
In a way this is impractical, for example if you want to create a Facebook live streaming profile and make small changes to it, you can't. and must be deleted and recreated. Also, the front panel is of poor quality and bulky. (no video showing your post). You then have to pay $50 per month to use the one feature that others don't have (2 ISP bundling). Then there is support. I do not buy products that are not supported. I called and emailed them about the problem a week ago. I'm staying with Epifan. Cheaper, better, and you'll get a chat response within 1 minute.
