Can't tell if it's good or bad

Can't tell if it's good or bad. After going to the pet store and realizing that the hermit crabs we have don't do well in the sand, I stopped using this shovel. I've only used it once. I wish I knew sooner that sand kills our hermit crabs. I believe this product works well with sand-dwelling reptiles/crabs.
