Review on Myler 02 Loose Ring 6 Inch by Joshua Follansbee

I usually ride the Ottb in a Double Hinged Happy Mouth Bit with Roller (because she hates the nutcracker action of Single Hinged Bits). She worked well in it, but she didn't want to slow down or collect easily, and sometimes she struggled in the front. I decided to give it a try and was amazed after only driving it for a few minutes. She stopped raising her head most of the time when I asked for a collection and she framed nicely and started moving forward using her butt instead of her front and felt light as a feather. She usually gets very excited and rushes around the arena when she sees jumps in the distance (she LOVES jumping) but she actually listened to my prompting and maintained a nice steady pace, cantering around the ring and even overcoming the jump. I love that this bit has a brass insert that encourages the horse's mouth to salivate and stays soft, and my horse doesn't seem to mind the bit either.
