Bluetooth problem is best in accessories

I bought it almost a year ago. The Bluetooth has been working fine until now, but now it won't connect for no reason. I've tried restarting the phone and remote along with various apps from the Apple Store but to no avail. Any ideas what else can be done to make Bluetooth appear?
