The team at Object Edge has been very helpful in our transition to Suite CRM from a legacy system. They were able to understand what we needed out of CRM and helped us design a solution that would meet our needs. We have had some delays getting the product up and running but the support staff is working hard to help us get it installed and running. I haven't found anything to dislike about their implementation services. Their customer service is excellent and they are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. We have been able to streamline many aspects of our business using Suite CRM. The integration has allowed us to easily pull data from multiple systems into one system which has increased efficiency for our employees and provided better visibility for our customers.
