Great Product Knowledge, Quick Response Time

The team at ECOM was very helpful throughout our implementation process of cloud commerce solutions to help us realize how much easier it would be for customers that we serve as well from sales through customer support teams! Very knowledgeable about their products - they know what works best within each platform so when you have questions or issues along your journey there are people who can answer those specific needs/questions quickly & efficiently. There were some minor hiccups during setup

Excellent Implementation Partner with Exceptional Customer Service

The team at Object Edge has been very helpful in our transition to Suite CRM from a legacy system. They were able to understand what we needed out of CRM and helped us design a solution that would meet our needs. We have had some delays getting the product up and running but the support staff is working hard to help us get it installed and running. I haven't found anything to dislike about their implementation services. Their customer service is excellent and they are always willing to go above

Easy and hassle free way - Getting Customer Requirements

The best part about this tool was that it helped us to understand our customer's needs first before we go ahead with any development or implementation of new features/tools.It also helped me to learn more about my customers from their profile info as well which helped me in knowing about them better. I have not yet found anything negative while using this product but if there are some suggestions then please let me know so that i can work upon those things for improvement.We used this software…

Great user friendly platform and excellent service provided by staff

I like how easy it was to use for my team! The customer experience has been great so far as well!! It's very simple but also gives you everything that your business needs at one place which makes our lives easier when managing multiple projects from different teams within the organization. Nothing really comes across negative about this program other than maybe some of their support could be better? Maybe they need more training or something along those lines because we have had no issues yet…
