Reduce a lot! Wouldn't recommend it.

I bought them in size 12-18 months so that my baby will have sleeping bags when he is 6-12 months old (this was the first purchase of this brand). When opened, they seemed spacious and ready for use. However, I waited until they had increased in size and were nearly 10 inches long before washing! I followed the instructions and washed and dried them in the cold and on a low heat. Now they are 6-12 months smaller than his sleeping bags and I can't even return them as they have been washed. Too bad.
