Review on πŸ’‘ Dimmable LED Recessed Replacement by Parmida by Naoka Garcia

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Slight yellow tint but overall good lighting

I bought these to replace my Sunco bulbs which look pretty much the same. I replaced them because the Sunco bulbs were awful, they were cheap and flickered on the lowest dimming level and when heating up. They are much better designed and better made. They do NOT flicker! I was a bit concerned with some of the other reviews that said they have screws that short the wires. Luckily the ones I got were newer updated versions that didn't have sharp screws and extra diffusers inside. Additional diffusers help spread the light more widely, but block some of the light. They are easily removed with a screwdriver and the light shines brighter without them. It's up to you to decide whether to keep them or not. Compared to Sunco's lamps, the aluminum used for the frames was also significantly thicker for better heat dissipation. These bulbs also use a fair amount of thermal paste compared to SUNCO, which only had a few small drips. The quality of the thermal paste also matters and they were just plain white, hardly high quality, but more is better than less. my house and the SUNCO 5000k bulbs they replaced. No flickering though, I'm glad to have them as SUNCO. If this was helpful please upvote me. Thanks very much!
