poor quality and poor delivery

When I opened the mailer, I immediately saw that the thin watch hands were bent, either because they had been stepped on or crushed by another bag; Why wasn't it shipped in a standard box? Once installed, I don't think it's "high torque" because the long minute hand slides up the dial between 7 and 12, and then falls off the dial a bit past 3. . I can hardly wait for a replacement since I'm leaving my friends house. Don't buy this.
