Also it has inner wire on sides, that keeps the shape and straighten your stomach. My pre-pregnancy weight was 124lbs, gained 30lbs, and 1 week postpartum weight is 130lbs. I got Medium and glad I did because if I got Large, it wouldn’t do the job. It has to be somewhat tight to work.
