Just buy a new one: Nintendo 3DS and 2DS
Ok if the product info says SD card included call me crazy but I expect the SD card to be included. Guess what my surprise was when I launched the game in this bad boy and got a message about a missing SD card. It would also be a bit presumptuous to call this thing the villain, as the top is covered in scratches, as is the top screen. Don't risk it, go to your local playground or something more reliable and consistent.
