I saw this for $11 and thought what the heck. The first few times I tried the hat, he shook it off and hid from me. The next time I put on a girdle, it was surprisingly more bearable for him. Once you insert your legs, a velcro strap attaches around your neck. Once activated, it's impossible to shake off. The hat also has a strap that I couldn't figure out, so I put it on my head just long enough to take the picture. It comes with a cape but I forgot to put it on for the photo. I consider him a larger cat at 15lbs and he wears a medium size. Fits perfectly! For the price it was worth it just for the laughs. I'll probably have to buy a new one every year lol.
