This white noise machine (with alarm) has an informative instruction manual with good detail showing me how to use the machine. What I love about this device: - The ambient light makes this car look great at night and I love having so many different colors to choose from. - 2 alarm clocks are great; a second alarm means that if I oversleep the first alarm (or hit the snooze button too many times), the second should help wake me up. I can choose from 8 available ringtones for my alarm clock. -- I can choose from 20 different sounds. -- Setting the volume to maximum is more than enough for me when I want to play the sound of my choice. -- I can choose from 5 different timer settings - 15/30/60/90/120 minutes. What needs improvement: - The alarm starts with a low tone. When I let the alarm go, the sound gradually gets louder. I would like to be able to define the alarm volume from the beginning. The touch screen is not as sensitive as I would like, this machine uses its own power supply (which is included). It doesn't use batteries. So if I travel and want to take this with me, I have to remember to take the adapter with me. Overall, this Fitniv branded white noise machine works well, and the inclusion of dual alarms as well as ambient lighting makes it a very attractive unit to me.
