Review on Readytosky Monitor Wireless Receiver Quadcopter by Christopher Todd

So it has been a year since I first ordered this item in March 2019. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Being curious about all this FPV I decided to find an affordable solution. In total, I probably spent around $150 to get my drone ready for FPV. It's good. Pros: Affordable and easy to set up with every 5.8GHz transmitter I've tried. At the touch of a button, it automatically finds the best signal for you. The runtime of the monitor on a full charge gives about 45 minutes of flight time. Cons: I wish the viewing angles were better and the screen could be a bit brighter. The sunscreen helps a bit, but generally you don't see much on a very bright day. Likewise. When the battery is low, the screen will turn on/off to indicate low battery. I consider this a scam as you don't get any real warning of this behavior. I almost fell a couple of times as the sudden lack of visibility of where your drone is can be disastrous. All in all for the $40+ I spent this was perfect as a "proof of concept" to see if I like FPV. Turns out I do and look forward to the update. For the money I can't complain.
