I really wanted to like CCINEE, but shopping with them online was a huge letdown. The website is not user-friendly and the checkout procedure is time-consuming, but they have a wide variety of interesting and original products. The shipping and delivery process was the greatest headache for me. The estimated shipping dates kept shifting, making it tough to schedule anything around the arrival of my purchases. Furthermore, some of the items in my purchase arrived damaged, necessitating me to go through the trouble of returning them. The customer support was another problem I had. Despite their friendliness, their reaction times were painfully slow, and I frequently had to follow up several times before I finally got my problem solved. Overall, I was not satisfied with my time spent in the CCINEE store. The hassle and frustration of shopping from them online outweighed the benefits of their original and imaginative goods for me.
