Let's start with what's wrong with the camera. Image and video stability are very good. In 360 mode, the selfie stick disappears. The camera is very easy to use. The downside is that the camera gets very hot. Not sure if there's an external charger, I didn't receive it and charging via plugging into the camera is cumbersome. The Mac app/program is terrible. The app isn't intuitive, but once you finally get the hang of it and really remember the steps to get the result you want, you might be fine. The program running on Mac keeps crashing until it becomes unusable and you have to go back and forth to edit your clips on the app. This is not a full editing program, you need another program like Final Cut Pro to merge videos and create a full video from your compilations. We decided it didn't fit into our workflow and brought it back. If insta 360 develops a better app/software, we are willing to try again.
