Defect and loss of insulation

I've only used mine a few times and it no longer keeps cold. I've had several of these (yet) and never had a problem. The seller contacts the company for help and it seems impossible to create an account with them. I don't have time to play around with this so I probably wasted $40! Dissatisfied.
