Granted it was only $249 plus tax but my 4 year old Bissell MUCH better has the water he got on the carpet THIS Bissell carpet cleaner (Bissell BigGreen Commercial BG10 Deep Cleaning 2 Motor Extractor Machine) does a MUCH better job than my old Bissell (and my old Bissell costs MUCH more than the Rug Doctor Deep Carpet Cleaner; vertical portable deep cleaning machine for home and office, removes dirt, removes stains from carpets, upholstery, professional quality, perfect Christmas gift for homeowners, goes to the next man) Pour hot tap water into this Puppy (Heavy Puppy) and shampoo the carpet AFTER thoroughly VACUUMING the carpet.
