beautiful soft leather wallet but

Very soft warm brown leather wallet. Bought because my husband's old wallet where the money clip ( on outside) left an imprint on his jeans. So I ordered this one with an interior money clip. The wallet is beautiful but the money clip scratches the leather on the inside of the wallet when closed. Will see how holds up over time.
