Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

I took it as part of the autumn cleansing with Dr. Magerya, plus vitamin D in capsules of the same company. Decreased drowsiness, improved quality of sleep, increased efficiency. Decreased bad cholesterol and increased good! I cracked the capsule and did not eat the shell.
