I was so excited to get them. I took a shoe out of the box and put it on. YUP! Wonderful! True to size and was very comfortable. I go to get another boot and immediately notice that the straps have come undone, as if someone has already tried that boot on. I inspect the boot to make sure it's clean and not worn. Good, everything is fine. I put my shoes on and go to adjust the sock strap and notice a tear! I knew right away that someone had tried them on, seen the tear and sent them back. It's ok, I got a refund BUT CHECK THE QUALITY FIRST AND MAKE THE SHOW AT LEAST REPRESENTATIVE BY LOADING THE UO SHOES. This is the only time I'm glad the shoes have already been tried on, otherwise I might not have seen the gap and ruined my trip to Disney. Can you imagine the strap snapping in the park? I would be so excited I WILL RETURN THESE and bought the same sandals from another company.
