I like that it teaches how to use and configure firewalls in different ways. It also has some good tutorials on how to be more efficient with your time. Sometimes you have to find out what features are needed and then search for them. There is nothing I dislike about this program yet. It does what it is supposed to do. If you are looking for something that will help teach basics of firewall configuration and administration, try Threatgen. It's very user friendly and the price is reasonable as well. We mainly used it to learn about firewalling a corporate network in various configurations.
