Great kit for the value - there are several different brands selling basically the same kit, so price is a big deciding factor. The counter the hand exerciser has in the handle is a nice touch most other kits don't contain. The counter works very well, and the adjustment knob to increase/decrease resistance works great. As this hand exerciser has a max resistance on the higher end compared to other kits, I was a bit surprised with the egg grip tool and the finger exerciser - they are much softer / easier than I'd expect. I bought my wife a different kit with lower resistance max, and the egg and finger exerciser were much firmer on hers, which was what I was after. Overall that's minor though, enough reps or pause reps can substitute just as well. Overall good quality, nice carrying case, and fairly priced. A great kit and I'm pleased with the purchase.
