Ease of use, ability to do real time analytics as well as historical analysis of data sets that are large in size (millions of rows). The interface could be more intuitive - it does not have any visual cues to indicate what you can click next or previous which means I am always clicking around trying to figure out where things are located. Also, some functions don't seem to work correctly when multiple users try them at once. However, this has been improved over recent releases so I'm hopeful they will continue improving their product with future updates. We're able to quickly analyze our data without having to wait days/weeks for results from other tools. This allows us to get insights into how different variables affect user behavior much faster than we would otherwise.
