Pulling out the bearings was fine, if there had been some damage or problems it might not have worked so well. However, pressing in the new bearing proved to be problematic. If you press them about 1/2-2/3, the end of the tool will go past the anvil of the press. I tried the second one, with the same result, after finishing the first camp I switched to the second one. squeezed it and put a yoke on it to finish the job. Ordering a replacement tool rather than a refund as I now have some steps I can take to avoid future damage. It doesn't have to be, but it's a simple solution and the price is fair.
