This is not a blazer, this is a dress.
OH HAL* no. Unless it's made for PM Dawn or Arsenio Hall à la 1990s, this knee-length blazer is a total no-no. I ordered size 14 for a 13 year old. The shoulders were narrow and the length completely absurd. The low quality faux velvet was torn and the overall cut was embarrassing. Unless your child is very tall, the proportions are terribly wrong.
