Chrysler 2007 Town and Country - perfect fit. tips. Use a Torx T27 screwdriver and a medium to large flat head screwdriver to pry it off. Pry off the triangular piece with a screwdriver. Unscrew 3 screws with a T27 screwdriver, the third screw is accessible by opening the door. The old mirror is still attached. Pry the dash panel off with a screwdriver (push down and bend slightly to dislodge from the bandage cover on the frame). This allows you to put your hand under the dashboard panel. Trace the wire to the old mirror and disconnect it. The connector has a latch and is inserted into the mounting hole. Pull it out of the mounting hole, use a screwdriver or your finger to disconnect the connector if it comes loose (try not to pull on the wires - it should come loose easily). The old mirror is now removed. Replace the original foam with the one that comes with it, it's thick as everyone says, easy to replace. If you're at this point, installing a new mirror should be easy (reverse the steps). If you have a T27 screwdriver, a screwdriver and a little mechanical dexterity it takes about 1/2 hour - not that hard. This mirror looked like the original and the remote controlled mirror motor worked perfectly. Using swear words during installation is optional, but it certainly helps a lot, especially if you rip off the dashboard panel to gain access.
