Terrible neck support

I have severe neck pain and cramps when my neck is not properly supported. I haven't slept well in days since I received this pillow. The pillow itself is too thin and the round pieces that need to be changed in the pillow, even the hardest, don't help. Save your money, your neck and your sleep and look elsewhere.
