Returning this item for neck and neck pillow

The pillow didn't seem to support my neck. Because I sleep on my side, I wasn't able to get comfortable with the pillow and stay in touch with the neck support system.

Suitable for side sleepers

Suitable for back and side sleepers. I track my sleep patterns and have had a surprisingly deep sleep with this pillow for the past week. My husband tried it and said it's too small but it works. I'm 5ft 3in and I'm very happy with it.

Terrible neck support

I have severe neck pain and cramps when my neck is not properly supported. I haven't slept well in days since I received this pillow. The pillow itself is too thin and the round pieces that need to be changed in the pillow, even the hardest, don't help. Save your money, your neck and your sleep and look elsewhere.

good price with decent neck support

I have tried many neck support pillows to help my TMJ - this one provides good support. Hard but not too firm - like memory foam but not too spongy. I've included foam boning for extra support: I wouldn't mind another either. Seemed better value than some of the really expensive ones. I sleep on my side but it works fine on my back.

ATTENTION - you will feel so comfortable that you will not want to get up!

I used to wake up with a sore neck because my pillow didn't provide enough support and kept losing its shape. However, this memory foam pillow really changed everything - it's extremely supportive without being too soft or too firm, stays in shape ALL night long and is super easy to wash thanks to its removable cover. I feel God Himself rocking my head; I sleep like the dead every night. Whenever I need a pillow again, I always go to her from now on!

This neck pillow is worth trying

I've been sleeping with neck pillows for over 20 years so I know I want to keep doing it. This is the first time I've tried a memory foam pillow. I believe they offered a 90 day return policy so I knew I could return it if it wasn't practical. Adding support bars is a little cumbersome, but doable. I sleep on my side but sometimes I sleep on my back. This pillow provides the support I need to sleep on my side and I can fold it onto the bottom to sleep on my back if needed. If you like neck…

So far so good: bedding

time will tell if it will collapse like my last pillow. On the first night I'm surprised at how firm it is, although it seemed soft at first. But it wasn't that hard to cause an earache. I haven't installed any other bars yet, but I will in time if it loses some support. The inner pillowcase has two zippers for easy insertion of the blue and gray support bars. Don't do what I did - I took it off to see how the pillow worked. It was a struggle to get it right again. Let's hope this pillow lasts.

Good support, maybe too much for the neck

I like the support these pillows provide. It comes with two sets of removable pads, one of which I believe offers more support than the other, or you can use the pillow without a pad at all. I have only used the inserts with my pillow while sleeping and have not experimented without them. I find the pillows are supportive, but sometimes they feel a little too firm against my neck and at the very top of the back of my head (I'll admit I have my head that sticks out at the top, so this may not be
