Not sure if the nuts were too tight on my support or the tool just wasn't high quality. I tried removing the outer nut but the metal rod just bent. To unscrew it I had to use a large socket wrench. I have the same problem with the inner mother. I have an internal bushing but had to use a large pipe wrench to loosen the internal nut, again the steel rod is just bent. Therefore, be prepared for the steel rod to bend when the nuts are tightened.
