Review on 🧽 Powerful Biokleen Carpet & Rug Shampoo Concentrate-64 for Deep Cleaning - 64 Fl Oz by Robert White

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I know BacOut works against stains/odors - use it for a second coat of cleaner

Pure lime scent Haven't used it in my homemade carpet cleaner yet. Many reviews claim that the product leaks upon arrival and this is true. The detergent screw cap was tight with no cracks or broken plastic - this must be a manufacturing issue as the cap does not seal well. He needs a tongue like a jar of bleach. My Revain representative politely sorted the problem out and I look forward to trying the rest of the brand's carpet shampoo! Why? - I used BacOut Stain/Odor Remover as a presoak (ugh) for cat pee stains on the carpet. Poorly. Lots of bad luck for this particular cat. I soaked the areas (ok, spilled them completely, but that's the talk!), cleaned the carpet with a little Hoover's homemade carpet cleaner with a little more BacOut + EOS detergent + a little Snuggle, soaked fully again with BacOut and then uses a stick to remove really awkward spots - my cleaner has a magic wand that looks like a shop vacuum, so I got really serious about the baseboards (angry cat parents understand my pain). The smell WAS GONE after it was good and fan dried after a few days (remember wet?). I like to think that it really was all the enzymes that would work. When wet it didn't feel or smell confident - it had a slight mildew/lime smell but it dissipated EVERYTHING and left my house and carpet (which I knew was completely ruined) smelling SO FRESH with no lingering odors cat urine. I look forward to trying this authentic shampoo from a brand that I know really works for my needs. There is no information on their website about the differences between their products, but I hope BacOut is doing a serious job and this shampoo is the second layer of protection.

Pros
  • Carpet cleaner and deodorizer
Cons
  • So far so good
